Standard First Aid w/ CPR-C & AED  

Standard First Aid provides comprehensive training covering all aspects of first aid and CPR. Standard First Aid incorporates all of Emergency First Aid and is designed for those who require a more in-depth understanding of first aid including: legal implications of first aid treatment, spinal injuries, heat or cold injuries, bone and joint injuries, chest injuries, and medical emergencies. Includes CPR-C certification.

Emergency First Aid w/ CPR-B  

Emergency First Aid & CPR-B teaches parents, grandparents, babysitters, or child care workers the CPR and choking procedures and a general knowledge of first aid principles and the emergency treatment of injuries.

Skills include: victim assessment, CPR, choking and what to do for external bleeding, heart attack, stroke wounds and burns. Includes CPR-B certification.

Basic First Aid  

Basic First Aid features how to contact emergency medical services, rescue breathing, how to treat choking and minor injuries.

National Lifeguard Certification

Take your lifeguarding skills to the highest level with the National Lifeguard certification, the legal standard for lifeguarding across Canada. You’ll learn:

  • Emergency Response & Prevention – Identify risks and act quickly in emergencies.
  • Leadership & Supervision – Develop the skills to oversee aquatic environments safely.

The National Lifeguard Award Guide outlines all training requirements and performance standards. Get certified and take your expertise to a professional level.

Bronze Cross Certification (20 Hours) – Build Lifeguarding Skills

The Bronze Cross course takes your lifesaving skills to the next level, preparing you for assistant lifeguard roles. You’ll learn:

  • Advanced Lifesaving Techniques - Strengthen and expand your rescue skills.
  • Active Surveillance - Monitor swimmers and prevent emergencies.
  • Teamwork & Communication - Work effectively with others in aquatic emergencies.

Bronze Cross is a prerequisite for National Lifeguard and leadership certifications, making it a key step toward becoming a certified lifeguard.

Bronze Medallion Certification (15 Hours)

Bronze Medallion builds your water rescue skills by challenging you mentally and physically. You’ll learn:

  • Rescue Judgment & Decision-Making - Assess emergencies and take the right action.
  • Essential Water Rescue Techniques - Master skills based on knowledge, fitness, and problem-solving.
  • Safety Awareness - Learn how to prevent and respond to water-related emergencies.

Bronze Medallion is a prerequisite for Bronze Cross, making it the first step toward becoming an assistant lifeguard.
